The staff are always so friendly, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is quiet , no freeway noise. Shopping center across the street with restaurants. We stay here when we have to travel to SF for medical appointments. 10 miles to Golden Gate Bridge, roughly 15 minutes travel time, depending on traffic. Highly recommend , they also have a huge pool.

A great hotel. They have so many activities to do on the property and the breakfast was CRAZY. It is a separate restaurant style building on the property where your free breakfast is served. A lot of good food. They also have a huge pool and hot tub, ping pong tables, golfing, basketball etc.

This was as not your typical Best Western stay. This hotel was more like a mini resort. The free breakfast was also not typical. The restaurant is an actual restaurant in an adjacent building, and felt more like a dining out experience than a motel afterthought. The breakfast included the usual fare (eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, French toast, waffles, fruit) but unlike other continental breakfasts, it didn't taste boxed or like it had been sitting under lamps for 5 hours. I read in another review that there are no bending machines. That is incorrect. Had they asked, as I did, they would have been informed that the vending machines are in the center of the courtyard, and have water, soda, and snacks. The ice machine was right across the walk. The hotel staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, the vibe was that of a more high-end hotel. Staff, amenities, and accommodations far exceeded our expectations for price we paid. A note to management: your staff is outstanding!

This price in the bay area cannot be beat! It's set up more like a motel than a hotel, with the doors to the rooms leading outside. The complex consists of a cozy lounge where I came to work a couple of mornings using their free internet, several buildings of guest rooms, first floor and second floor, a pool & recreation area, and a building where free breakfast was served. The rooms aren't the most updated, but they are very clean. Our view was of the highway, but there are plenty of rooms that look out on the pool. We were there for Thanksgiving week, so using the pool was out of the question. However, that entire courtyard area is adorable, and I could envision it coming to life in the summer time. My one and only complaint is that the building where the free breakfast is provided is NOT heated. In November, that makes for a chilly first meal of the day. We ate in our coats! I would like to also add that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! You will need a car here, as you are right in a busy suburb that is not conducive to walking or accessible to public transportation.

I've stayed here a couple times and will stay again. There are no surprises - The rooms and beds are nice, there's a fridge and microwave and decent water pressure. The breakfast has a lot of options and nice room to eat it in. Both times I've stayed here, something has a arisen where we had to change rooms, and both times the manager was very helpful, and always fulfilled our request or offered something better. For the price and location, there's not a better option!

I've stayed here about 6 times and it's literally perfect every time! If you're looking for the perfect hotel in the area, here it is! A lot of the hotel guests are there for work, just like me. I've stayed at 3 hotels in the area and keep coming back to this one! You truly feel like a guest here because everything in the way that the room is set up feels like it's done with the customer experience in mind. What makes this hotel exceptional is that there's on-site maintenance for issues with the room. I've had to call once actually for something. I was super impressed that someone answered, and also that they came up with a creative solution and responded right away! Most of the rooms have a balcony or small yard which is a really cool feature for a hotel. I look forward to the breakfast when I stay here! It's 6-9 pm but when I'm able to catch it, the breakfast is awesome because there's a lot of real fruit, eggs, and oatmeal with toppings. The front desk management is awesome! I wasn't sure how to use my rewards and they went out of their way to help me which I really appreciated!

Just checked out of this Best Western, and honestly, I’m super happy with it. The rooms are big and clean — yeah, the place is a bit older, but the area feels safe and the staff is really friendly. Tons of parking, and there’s a cozy fireplace in the lobby where you can sit in the evening and get some work done. I really liked it here. It’s a solid spot whether you’re traveling with family or on a work trip — the hotel totally works for both. The location is great too: right off the highway, with a gas station nearby and a big plaza with shops and restaurants. There are plenty of places to grab food around here. So yeah, highly recommend this place. I really enjoyed my stay.

Drove from Tx on our way to Seattle and stayed the night here. We didn't have a reservation and we just walked in. We were able to get our room and the stay for the night after 19hrs on the road. We liked the price and we definetly loved the breakfast specially their service from the gentleman and the lady there who recommended me to take the 101 North on our way to Seattle l, and man, we didn't regret taking the advise. Breakfast is provided next to the hotel where I thought was a fine dinning restaurant at first but its part of the hotel. We stayed the night and left very early in the morning and we were not able to enjoy everything else they have like the pool, mini golf, for what I saw. Overall, its a nice hotel if you are visiting the San Francisco area.
